IBA Consultancy provides professional accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services. Our services are based on the information you provide and are subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda, including but not limited to the Rwanda Companies Act and the regulations of the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). While we strive for accuracy, the final responsibility for all financial reporting and tax declarations remains with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information to IBA Consultancy for the purpose of carrying out our services. You are responsible for ensuring the legality, accuracy, and completeness of all data, documents, and information provided to us. Failure to do so may result in inaccurate reporting or non-compliance with Rwandan law, for which IBA Consultancy shall not be held liable.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

IBA Consultancy is committed to protecting your confidential information. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. We adhere to all relevant data protection and privacy laws in Rwanda. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

IBA Consultancy, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is expressly limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any penalties, fines, or other damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Rwanda.
